London: Day 4 and a visit to church. We went to a ward in the south of London. Most all the members were of african decent and some even dressed in traditional dress. Brittany was thrilled because I volunteered her to play the piano for sacrament meeting when the chorister asked if anyone in our family played. All that money on lessons paid off. Poor thing was not happy because all the hymns they sung were not ones she had ever played before and they also had a rest hymn. During the rest hymn, the congregation was keeping time with Brittany but the chorister wasn't able to get her mojo on and couldn't find it during the first verse so she kept asking Brittany to stop. After the third time of Brittany ignoring her, she really loudly so everyone could here, said, "Stop!"... and then smiled. Everyone was wondering why she stopped. Luckily, she got swinging before the music stopped and seemed happy with this time around so we finished all four verses. Poor Brittany. I saw the pool of sweat forming under the piano bench. I was worried she would never talk to me again.

So what could make up for church, since Kylie had to also help the Bishop's wife because she was on her own with two small children? Kylie learned some new English words, like nappy, wee, and loo. A see a nanny job for her in the near future. Instead of walking home, we took a double decker red bus, another bucket list item.

Tyler darted ahead because he thought this was the one. We all followed....

And then got off because it wasn't the right bus.  Oops.

Kids on the top of the bus having a great time.

On the corner of our street, the boys found this partial Space Invader. We hadn't noticed it before because we came from another direction. Now, we will have to see if there are any at home.

Catching a late night showing of Spiderman at the Imax, the biggest won in Great Britian.

Waiting for the show to start. I'll admit, I was a little nervous that I wouldn't be able to watch the movie because of motion sickness, but it wasn't that kind of motion so Tanner and I did good.

Glasses on, good to go.
